RATES/TARIFFS
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. Please be advised that a 10% surcharge will apply on EFTPOS or CREDIT CARD transactions less than $20. Menu prices are subject to change without prior notice. Please contact reception for further details.
DEPOSITS AND CONDITIONS
· A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
· Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your booking will be fully refunded.
· Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your booking will be charged 100% of the deposit.
· "No-Show" appointments will be charged the full amount of the treatment booked.
· Confirmation of an appointment is acknowledgement of this cancellation policy.
OPENING HOURS
Six days a weeks, Monday: 10am to 6:30pm, Tuesday 10am to 6:30pm, Wednesday 10am to 7:30pm, Thursday 10am to 8:30pm, Friday 10am to 7:30pm, Saturday 11am to 4:30pm.
ARRIVING LATE
Late arrival will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment. As a courtesy to all clients we ask that you arrive with sufficient time to change and be ready for your treatment. Limited time will reduce the effectiveness and your enjoyment of the treatment.
PETS
Unfortunately Peace on Earth Spa and Beauty cannot accommodate pets.
POINTS OF CARE - FOR PREGNANCY
It is important to treat mum's to be as it is a time when expectant mothers require touch and energy, and nurturing mum and baby is a wonderful thing to do.
During pregnancy, the body needs no further heat or stimulating, there is enough happening already! Our philosophy in the treatment of pregnant women is to ensure our client feels comfortable, safe and maintains modesty throughout the treatment. We therefore avoid heavy massage pressure, especially on the lower back. A nurturing touch is more important than deeply therapeutic bodywork during this time.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Our gift vouchers come beautifully presented and can be purchased at Peace On Earth Spa & Beauty, over the phone, or by email with your credit card. They can be used for treatments, packages, or for a set amount and we are happy to post them if required.
Gift Voucher Policy
· All vouchers are subject to availability
· Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months (Treatment) 12 months for dollar value from the date of purchase and no extensions will be given
· Gift vouchers not used by the expiry are cancelled
· No aspect of the voucher is cash refundable and no refunds will be issued
· The gift voucher number is required when making the booking
· Where bookings are made and you do not show up for your appointment, the gift voucher is deemed to be used and is cancelled.
· If a cancellation occurs then Peace On Earth Spa and Beauty's Cancellation Policy procedures are followed
